This is my second Bento with Bunny theme and I am quite happy with the result.
What’s in the box
- Steam rice to make Bunny’s face and ears
- Kani stick for the cheek
- Nori for eyes and nose
- Egg for egg flower
- Few slices of Fried Ngoh Hiang (I got some frozen Ngoh Hiang from my mum)
- Edamame and fruits
Ngoh Hiang is a pork roll wrapped in dried beancurd skin and it is one of my mum’s specialty. It required some effort to make and I was too lazy to make it by myself though more or less I know how too make them from years of looking at my mum’s cooking, so probably one day I will pull myself and try to make this by myself.
